Stores Manager (Rhodes)

JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a well known fast food chain company, is looking for a:

Stores Manager - Rhodes

Responsibilities :

• Monitoring and monthly control of the financial results of the airport stores and formulation of action plans

• Training store managers in the company's operating standards

• Evaluation of the stores based on a checklist and implementation of necessary corrective actions, where required

• Carrying out regular and extraordinary checks in the cash registers and inventory of goods

• Customer complaint management

• Staff training in new products and processes

• Staffing stores and participating in the organization of work programs

• Coordination of store openings/ renovations/ closures

• Monitoring commercial environment

• Strategy Implementation

Candidate Profile

• Experience in a similar position of at least 2 years (desirable in the field of catering)

• University/TEI degree in (Business Administration, Finance) will be considered an additional qualification

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

• Very good knowledge of English language

• Very good written and verbal communication

• Responsibility, teamwork, initiative, attention to detail, organization

• The position requires relocation to the region where the airport is located
